What level is your sleep tracking game? There are four tiers. Level one, the Noticer. Descriptive level, where you simply ask what happened. Oh, man, my sleep score is 45? Oh, well, I don't keep me up worrying tonight. Level two, the decoder. Only 30 minutes of deep sleep. Maybe that's because we get it earlier in the night, and you never let me go to sleep before I want. Level three, the doctor. Redictive and prescriptive analysis. I'm telling you, IG. up at night, even though I don't remember it. That's it. You're sleeping on the couch. Level four, the scientist. Bro, I heard this podcast say that magnesium would help me sleep better, so I filled half these pills with magnesium and the other half with chalk. You'll take each for a week and we'll see how your sleep metrics change. This is why we don't take you to parties. So where do you stand?
