Ultimate Carotenoid Soup for Healthy Skin

This is day one of drinking a daily mug of my ultimate carotenoid soup to try and give my skin a healthy golden glow. A shade which multiple studies show ranks higher than an equivalent sun tan, while also protecting from sun and lowering risk of cancer and heart disease. The recipe is pretty cheap and tasty. Last time we covered how many healthy carotenoids found in fruits and veggies are all bound up in the food matrix, making it hard for your body to access them. So I designed this recipe to do everything possible to boost that, using techniques from multiple research studies. minutes, we break down a lot of those cell walls and release the healthy compounds. Carotenoids are fat soluble, so adding a bunch of oil helps your body absorb them. And I threw in some sunflower lachin to help keep the fat from separating out later. You can also use egg yolks. You can tell we've got a nice emulsion when the color lightens. Now we add our crushed tomatoes and pured carrots to our sauteed onion, garlic, and ginger. Add some salts, pepper, basil, thyme, oregano. Bring it all to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Then we give it a bit more puree action. I added some half and half to help balance out the acidity and up the fat of it. Coconut milk also works great here. And presto, delicious soup. I'll post the full recipe in my bio. My goal is to drink 18 ounces of this every day and document the process with pictures. Y'all should follow along.

Additional notes

Replying to @Alt Acc 18oz of this soup should have something like 7-10mg lycopene and10-15mg of beta carotene. Theres a ton of variability in the actual content of fruits and veggies, so a case could be made for supplementing, but there are so many other healthy components in the real atuff that i mich rather do it this way!
