Can we bring cloaks back please? I thought you would never ask. My wife actually makes these things. Can we please? I'm bringing cloaksies back. Your wife is so much cooler than I am. But in my defense, I sewed this cloak when I was seven years old with my mother. Got the pattern, sewing machine, everything. And since then, I've gone way downhill. But I have not lost my love for cloaks. I sort of grew this a bit so I had to upgrade. Ugh! First up came the old black velvet. number. I think I first got this for a Lucius Malfoy cosplay. It's got a nice velvety drape, inner lining, outer lining. Nowhere near as cool as that fur lining. And it's some sort of polyester blend, but thankfully that means it doesn't wrinkle. I would totally just walk around wearing this. But a couple years ago, I decided to upgrade again. So, this guy is my favorite cloak. Nice quality sheep's wool. Got a deep cowl that makes me feel like bucks, but I would totally go with your wife's version instead. That fur looks amazing. But I have an important question. Does it have pockets? I first got this cloak for a cloth cosplay. But basically every book that I grew up reading that made me fall in love with cloaks always had the cloak full of all these nice little inner pockets that they stored everything in, and that was what I wanted to be when I grew up. Now, yes, I could theoretically sew a bunch of pockets into these things, which I probably will do at some point. totally in the market for even better cloaks. I wish I could just wear these outside every day and maybe I should actually start doing that because why not? Let's bring clothes back.
