Yellow's not even really a color. It is. It's the color of the sun. No, it's not. It just seems like it to us poor earthlings because we are stuck below the atmosphere. If you were to look at it from space, it would actually just seem white. But when that white light passes through our atmosphere, the blue wavelengths scatter around, which is why the sky seems blue, and what makes it down to our eyes is the yellow-looking sun. Which was confirmed by a lot of science, but also by astronaut Scott Kelly when he was responding to a Twitter post. about this, and he confirmed that, yes, this is indeed a space fact. From outer space, when you are an astronaut, the sun looks white.
