This simple checklist doubles my daily productivity. Most days. In the morning, I check off seven hours of sleep, clean my workspace, and set my number one daily goal. Or if I get that done, the days a win. Then before bed, I check off physical activity, meditation, and journaling. This whole thing is a notion template that automatically creates daily entries, sorts it by week, and makes it super easy to track. Here's how you can get it for free. Just go to my profile, click the link, open anyway, and click daily productivity notion template. Here's the full page with the short descriptions. Now just click duplicate and it opens a copy in your own notion. You can click the new button to create a new entry or have it automatically generated, each day. Now just check off the three items in the daily page or do it all from the full table view. And I've been using a free browser extension called Tango to track each of these steps on my computer. So when I click stop tracking, it generates a step-by-step workflow tutorial with cool zooming screenshots and highlights. I can now easily edit each step or just share it as is.
